National Institute of Value Education (NIVE) came into being with the aim of imparting cultural education and knowledge based on the teachings of Indian philosophy to the younger generation. The institution nurtures them with a worldview that is rich in empathy and self-awareness. Anchored in the timeless wisdom of ancient India – expressed in the form of stories and concepts - we seek to provide children, youngsters and their immediate support groups of parents and teachers with humane values and tools that can serve and guide them throughout their lifetime.
NIVE has a dynamic group of experts from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds who make the teaching-learning process an experience to cherish. The institution offers a unique dedicated value education program under universal, social, cultural, personal and spiritual categories for the new generation. The training materials are customised according to the age groups, with adequate post-program follow-up.
Special programs are designed to bridge the skill gap to enable students to succeed through ethical, conscious career choices. This program is developed exclusively for undergraduates and postgraduates, and it trains them on human values and professional ethics essential for a successful corporate career. In addition to this, NIVE also hosts sessions engaging parents through workshops conducted regularly to bridge the gap between school and home. Facilitated by trained, experienced counsellors and life skill trainers, the sessions shed light on ways to help build children’s self-esteem and character through better parenting.
